There are three administrator roles in EngagementHQ, and each has different levels of access to the site. The roles are:

  • Site Administrator: Manage all aspects of your site, including the Appearance, Team, Projects, Participants, Newsletters, Reporting, and Site Settings.

  • Hub Administrator: Manage assigned Hubs and the Projects, Participants, Team, Appearance, and Reporting for their Hubs. Hub administrators are only available on an Enterprise Edition license.

  • Project Administrator: Manage assigned projects, including content, tools, widgets, and reporting for those projects.
