About the Participant Relationship Manager

The Participant Relationship Manager is your database of all the participants registered on your site. If your site does not use registration, your Participants list will be empty.

In the Participant Relationship Manager, you can:

When you go to Participants in the main menu, you will see a table of all participants and Project Admins on your site; Site and Hub Admins are not included.

The table provides a range of information:

  • Name: The screen name or username of the participant

  • Email: The participant's email address. If an email address is listed here, it can’t be used again, even if the user was blocked.

  • Status: This column indicates if a user is Pending activation, Active, Blocked, or a Project admin.

  • Last seen: The approximate date the user last logged in. Not seen indicates a user who has never logged in.

  • Joined: The date the participant registered.

  • SSO: Indicates if the user has logged in via Single Sign On

  • Imported: Indicates if the participant was added via the import option.

  • Actions: Various actions you can take for the user including Send activation mail, Block, Unblock, or View their profile.
