When administrators log into EngagementHQ, they arrive at a Dashboard designed to display key metrics and highlights of your site. Admins can then use the menu to explore other facets of the site.

The metrics and menu options are customized for the admin’s role. For example, Project Admins will only see metrics from the projects they can access, and not all menu options will be available.

The Dashboard has three key components:

The Main Menu

Use the menu to reach other aspects of your site. In the menu, you’ll find:

  • Home: Select this to return to the Dashboard

  • Projects: Expand this section to view the Projects list and manage Project Tags. Project and Hub Admins will only see projects they can access and cannot see the Project Tags option.

  • Participants: Access the Participant Relationship Manager. This option is not available for Project Admins.

  • Newsletters: Create and send newsletters to participant groups and project followers. This option is not available for Project Admins.

  • Reporting: Access all project and tool reports. Project and Hub Admins only see reports for projects they can access.

  • Team: Create and manage admin accounts. This option is unavailable for Project Admins, and Hub Admins cannot view or edit Site Admins.

  • Site Management: Expand this to access Static Pages and the Audit Trail. Project and Hub Admins can only access the Audit Trail.

  • Appearance: Manage the homepage, global styles, project styles, and images on your site. This option is not available for Project or Hub Admins.

  • Hubs: Create and manage hubs on your site. This option is unavailable for Project Admins, and Hub Admins will only see hubs they can access.

  • Site Settings: Access and control all your site settings. This option is not available for Project or Hub Admins.

  • Marketplace: Access the marketplace to manage integrations. All admins can view the integrations, but only Site Admins can connect with or edit them.

  • Profile: View and edit your admin Profile and Email Subscriptions.

  • Help: Select this to open the EngagementHQ help center.

You can also use the hamburger menu icon to hide or show the menu as necessary.
