Once you have added the new Survey topic, you can start creating the content for your Survey by referring to this article

You can view the number of successful submissions made to the survey alongside the survey under the tool tab.

Admin's can also choose to display this count to the participants. To enable this feature , go to Edit > Settings > Enabled the option 'Show count of submissions'.

This will display the count to your participants or the survey takers, as illustrated below. This is by default not selected for new surveys.
NOTE - This will not show on the participant side for pinned surveys. Admins can enable this feature for participants on existing surveys too.
