Multi-media, such as images, videos, and links, can help provide additional information or context to your surveys. You can convert Checkbox and Radio button questions to display images as the options, but for more extensive content, you can use the Section Title and Description.

This question type is useful for situations such as:

  • An introduction or instructions for each page on a multi-page survey.

  • A set of questions pertaining to an image or video, such as a new design concept.

  • Using a document to provide context or background information.

To add it, you simply select Click here to add a question in the Manage Questions tab of your survey and select Section Title and Description.

There is a Title field and a Description field, including a text editor with options to:

  • Format text with bold, italics, underline, strikethrough, or paragraph styling

  • Align text left, center, right, or justified

  • Create an ordered or unordered list

  • Insert a horizontal line

  • Insert hyperlinks – to use a document library link, you’ll need to retrieve the link.

  • Upload or insert a link to an image

  • Insert a link to a video

  • Edit in Code view to add HTML

Any content you add is saved when you select Update. You can Preview your survey to see how it looks live.
