Use and upload the following common file types in EngagementHQ.
Text Documents - PDF, MS and OpenOffice Excel (.xls, .xlsx), MS and OpenOffice Word (.doc, .docx), MS and OpenOffice PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), Rich Text File (.rtf)
Audio Files - mp3, wav, x-wav
Video Files - mp4, mpeg, mov (Quicktime), flv
Image Files - jpg / jpeg, gif, png, bmp
Other- zip, xml
Note : We do not support .avi file type temporarily.
A file size can be up to 200 MB however, it's best practice to try and keep your file sizes to about 5MB. You can split large documents into smaller documents. The larger the file, the longer it will take to download for visitors, especially on mobile phones and slower internet connections.
Rename files which have long names or special characters to a simple small name.
Convert videos or audios in other formats to one of the formats above using a third party converter available on the internet.
