Analyzing and reporting on your consultations are essential to your engagement process. There are a range of reports to assist you:

Project Reports

Project Reports summarize your project's performance, including the visitor summary, traffic sources, participants, tools, and widgets.

You can also download a PDF or Excel version of the Summary Report, a Detailed Report (an in-depth report that includes individual contributions), or the Demographics Report.

Tool Reports

Use these reports to inspect, compare, and analyze individual tools. Tool reports will help you assess how tools have performed across multiple projects and include visitor and contribution statistics and insights.

Text Analysis

In Text Analysis, you can analyze responses to open-ended questions across various tools. You can search, filter, and tag responses and use the Sentiment Analysis and demographics filter functions to explore responses and gain insights.

Survey Analysis

Use Survey Analysis to explore surveys in detail. You can filter survey data, compare responses, use cross-tab analysis, and create customized survey reports.

Submissions Manager

The Submissions Manager lets you view files respondents upload in their survey responses. You can review, download, and publish submitted documents.
