EnagagementHQ makes it easy to welcome new participants to your consultation hub and ensure that they remain engaged and don't slip away.

You can keep track of your participant activity by using the moving filters provided in the participant page.

Follow the steps below to understand how this can be done.

  1. Open the participants page by clicking on Participants tab in the left menu of the site.

2. Select Joined option from the Filter dropdown. You then have the option to select more than or less than and then provide the number of days. For example, if you would like the list of participants who joined less than 7 days ago, enter the number 7 and click Apply filter

This will provide the list of participants who joined less than 7 days ago. Also, this group will be dynamically updated as new people join, since it will always use the calendar date minus 7 days (in this example) to select the participants of the group.

Similarly, to get a list of participants who are not engaged sufficiently and may be slipping away, use the Last Seen filter.

For example, select Last Seen, more than, 60 days, would give you a list of participants who have not logged in for more than 60 days. You may want to send them an email to re-engage them in your consultation.

3. Save these filters as relevant groups. We suggest "Recently Registered" for the first example and "Slipping Away" for the Last Seen, more than, 60 days example.

4. You can see a list of groups created by clicking on the dropdown All Participants. Groups can be deleted by clicking on the bin icon next to them.

Note: The "Group" will get enabled only if any filter is applied. If you randomly select participants there is no option to create a group.

You can now use these groups to send newsletters.
