The Site Lock setting allows you to control access to your live site. Site Lock is automatically enabled before you launch your site, and you must remove it when launching.

After you launch, you can reenable it to block general access. Locking your site after launch will generate a link that you can use to view your site without logging in. The link is accessible to anyone you send it to and regenerates whenever you lock and unlock your site.

To lock or unlock your site:

  1. Go to Site Settings and select the Privacy and Security tab.

  2. Under the Admin Controls, toggle the Lock Your Site setting off to unlock your site.

  5. When the site is locked, a link will be generated to provide access; Copy this link and send it as necessary.
