Participants can contribute to various tools on a project page by making submissions. This article helps you understand what further actions a participant can perform on their submissions.

Newsfeed tool

Participants have the option to edit their comments made to the news article by clicking on the pencil icon as shown in the image below.

Places tool

  1. By clicking on the three dots next to their username and then clicking 'Edit', Participants can edit their comment and replace the uploaded image on the pin. If there is a survey on the pin, they could edit their responses. They could also re-position the pin to a different location.

  2. They can report pins by clicking on the 'Report' button, This will alert the moderators to review the comment.

Ideas tool

  1. Users can make changes to their Idea submission, such as modifying the Title, Description and replacing the uploaded image.

  2. They can also delete their idea if they wish to remove it from the project page

  3. They can report ideas by clicking on the 'Report' button. This will alert the moderators to review the post.

Stories tool

Participants can edit the story by clicking on the pencil icon or delete it by clicking on the bin icon.

Users also have the option to comment on stories. They can edit their comment by clicking on the pencil icon.

Guestbook tool

Participants can edit their guestbook contribution by clicking on the pencil icon or delete it by clicking on the bin icon.

Forum tool

When participants are allowed to create Forum topics, they can edit the topic by clicking on the pencil icon, or delete it by clicking on the bin icon.

Users also have the option to comment on forum topics. This comment can be edited by clicking on the button below.

Quick poll tool

Participants can change their vote after casting it by simply clicking on the button highlighted below.

Note: Participants cannot make changes to their submissions in the Survey tool and the Q&A tool.
