The project management screen in EngagementHQ is made up of several key elements. These include a banner, description, and tags section, publishing controls, widgets, and tools. This article explains how to navigate each section.
On this screen, you can see a visual representation of your project layout and quickly jump into the four main content components of a project page; widgets, tools, description and settings. Here, you can also edit the project page banner, as described in more detail in a later section of this article. Let’s take a look at the various components of a project page.
Widgets
In this menu item, you can add widgets to your project and configure how these must be seen on the project page. This section manages and displays all information about your project’s widgets.
Banner Image
Use this section for the project banner image. You can add, change or remove the banner as per your project requirement.
Project Details Section
The project name, description, edit hub details (available only for enterprise license clients), and tags can be managed from this section. This is where you can edit your project name, description and add tags.
You can publish your project, delete your project, share and also preview your project page. Once published, there will be an option to archive your project too.
Note: To remove the published/ updated date from the bottom of the frontend project page, go to the Site Settings page > Project settings > disable the toggle 'Display page published and last updated dates.
Settings
This is where you can view the Visibility, Image, and Advanced tabs.
Visibility – This allows you to select your project visibility which could be set as public, panelled, or protected. You can also edit your project permalink here and edit hub details (available only for enterprise license clients) for the project page.
Image – Here, you can add a project image along with a caption and description for the same. You can also select a layout.
Advanced – Here, you can configure advanced project settings and set HTML Metadata. Select advanced features for project URL redirect and SEO.
