We test EngagementHQ for vulnerabilities and run penetration tests regularly.

Monthly testing activities are undertaken to scan EngagementHQ for potential vulnerabilities and to simulate a variety of attacks.

You can carry out your own penetration test or vulnerability scan if it is a requirement for your organization. However, we ask that you provide prior notice and abide by our rules of engagement.

Please send us a scanned and signed copy of the Rules Of Engagement. Granicus will review the request and, if approved, will share the signed copy of the ROE before you proceed with the penetration test or vulnerability scan.

We request that you kindly conduct the Pen test during non-working hours or over the weekends only.
