Admins can view and edit their profiles at any time. In the profile, admins can change their username, email address, and any information from the Signup Form.
To access your profile from the back end:
Select your username from the main menu.
Select Profile.
Make your changes in the available fields.
Select Save.
You can also access your profile from the live site by selecting your username in the header and selecting My Account. This will take you to your profile in the back end.
You can reset your password on your site’s sign-in page. Your password must be between 8-16 characters and contain at least one number, lower-case letter, and upper-case letter.
To reset your password:
Select Forgot password? on the Sign in page.
On the Reset password screen, enter your Email and select Submit.
If your email address is logged as an EngagementHQ account, an email containing a Reset Password link will arrive. Select the link or paste the URL into your browser.
On the Change password screen, enter your New password and then Confirm password.
Select Change password.
The reset link is valid for five hours; if you don’t receive the email, please wait 15 minutes and check your junk folder. If you still haven’t received it, please try resetting it again.
