Customize Registration Messages

Learn how to change the default messages seen by your participants during registration.

When participants register with your site, they are greeted with messages you can customize. There are two:

  • Registration Page: a message displayed above the registration form.

  • Welcome Page: a message displayed after the user completes the registration by verifying their account.

Site Administrators can edit these messages:

  1. Go to Site Settings and select the Messages & Notifications tab.

  2. Select the pen icon for the Registration Page or Welcome Page to open the text editor.

  3. Enter your content into the text editor, including any formatting, lists, links, or images. You can access Code View by selecting the < > icon.

  4. Save your message.

We recommend testing how your messages appear by reviewing your Signup Form and testing the registration process.
