Website accessibility refers to designing and developing websites so that all people can use them, regardless of their level of ability. This refers to visitors using assistive technology, users with varying levels of education, and users with varying disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.

We conduct regular accessibility checks to ensure conformance to WCAG web standards. While we do all we can to ensure your engagement site is accessible, admins must also keep accessibility in mind as they create content.

For EngagementHQ, our responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the public-facing side of EngagementHQ is fully navigable by people with disabilities.

  • Ensuring the public-facing side of EngagementHQ is fully usable by people with disabilities.

  • Ensuring all hard-coded areas of the site, such as hard-coded text, are fully accessible.

  • Run regular audits to ensure we continue to comply with WCAG standards.
