In EngagementHQ, you can now search for words and phrases across the platform.
The search bar is located beside the sign-in button in the header navigation bar.
Apart from normal searches, there are two types of searches that can be done.
Exact search: If you want to search for an exact phrase, you can put it within quotes. For eg. -"community engagement" - will yield search results only for results which have the phrase "community engagement".
Partial search: If you search for a partial word say - engag - , you will get results for engagement, engaging, engage etc.
Please note:
EngagementHQ is indexed twice a day - at 3.00am and 8.00pm (AEST). So any kind of change will only be searchable after those indexing periods.
The search functionality does not currently provide the ability to limit your search to a particular project or tool or the displaying of images and video in search results.
