The project management screen in EHQ is made up of several key elements. These include a navigation menu, publishing controls, widgets and tools. This article explains how to navigate each section.
The Navigation Menu
Use the Navigation Menu, on the left, to make your way into each section of your project. Below is a list of the navigation items on the menu;
Manage: On this screen you can see a visual representation of your project layout and quickly jump into the three main content components of a project page; widgets, description and tools. Here you can also edit the project page banner, as described in more detail in the later section of this article.
Information: This is a project specific library of your assets. This stores the information you add in widgets which includes documents, key dates, images, team members, frequently asked questions and videos. Use this section to edit, manage and delete this project specific data.
Widgets: In this menu item you can add widgets to your project and configure how they will show on the project page.
Tools: In this menu item you can add or remove engagement tools to your project page.
Visibility: This allows you to select your project visibility which could be set as public, community panel or private.
Use this section for the project banner image. Add, change or remove. Although this section is a feature of the manage screen, it's important to note only our Torquay and Classic templates will display banners on your project pages.
Project Details Section
The project name, description, hub details, tags and image can be managed from this section. This is an alternate option to using the 'Details' link in the navigation bar.
Mange the information and display of all your project widgets. This is an alternate option to using the 'Widget' link in the navigation bar.
Mange all your project tool configurations. This is an alternate option to using the 'Tool' link in the navigation bar.
The Publishing Controls
These controls allow you to publish your project, delete the project, clone the project and also preview your project page as it's coming together. Once published there will be an option to archive the project too.
