The detailed survey report collates the data by the participant, the article Download a survey report provides the details on how to download this report.

When you require the survey responses collated by the survey question we suggest that you use the Detailed Report excel from the detailed report section. Select the project that has the required survey, choose the date range, and click on Update to download the Detailed Report excel as shown in the screenshot below.

Note: The date range All time automatically selects the start date from the day the site was launched and not from the day the site was created.

Note: 1. Responses made to "Other's please specify" will be available in detailed excel report, survey analysis report, and detailed survey pdf report.

2. The PDF generator we currently use does not support Mandarin/Gurumukhi characters. We only support the Roman Script on PDFs, as of now.

If you would like a more graphical report, you can use the detailed PDF report. Select the project that has the required survey and download the PDF report as shown in the screenshot below. The PDF report includes graphs and tables for responses to the objective, close-ended questions such as radio buttons and checkboxes.

Note that the questions that require answers in free form text will NOT be listed in this PDF report. 

Reports sent via email :

While downloading reports, to avoid long wait times, admins sometimes see a pop-up that says they will receive a report download link via email. This usually happens when they are trying to :
i) Download large reports.
ii) Download smaller reports with a slower connection (poor wifi, particular network configurations and VPN)

These reports are only accessible by logged in admins and admins are always notified in case there is a failure in generating a report.This email will arrive within 15-45 mins and the download link will expire after 24 hours
