Understanding the differences between these two PDF reports should help you choose the appropriate report for reporting on your consultation.

The PDF Summary Report

Number of projects - Any number of projects can be selected for a summary report. There is no limit.
Number of reports
-  A summary report is just one report summarising all the projects selected.
Participant information
- A summary report provides the count of the aware, engaged and informed participants for all the selected projects.
Engagement tools summary
- The summary report will report only the top 3 in each tool from all the projects i.e. for example, it will report only the top 3 surveys based on contributions for all the projects selected.
Information widget summary
- The summary report will report only the top 3 in each widget from all the projects i.e. for example, it will report only the top 3 documents downloaded for all the projects selected.

The PDF Detailed Report

Number of projects - A maximum of 5 projects can be selected at a time to get a detailed report.
Number of reports
- A detailed report provides an individual report for each project selected, so there will be as many reports as the number of projects selected.
Participant information
- A detailed report provides the count of the aware, engaged and informed participants for each project.
Engagement tools summary
- A detailed report provides all the details of all the tools in the project.
Information widget summary
- A detailed report provides all the details of all the widgets in the project.
