Announced: August 2019

Removal by: December 30th, 2021

From December 30th 2021, clients will longer have access to their historic Budget Allocator activities or reports.

This announcement outlines our decision to decommission Budget Allocator and what you need to do.

What changes are we making?

In 2019, Bang the Table ceased selling Budget Allocator to its customers and launched a strategic partnership with Balancing Act to provide budget simulation tools.

As part of our code clean up and roadmap realignment, Budget Allocator will be decommissioned on December 30th, 2021 and no longer available to our customers.

What will be the impact?

Legacy customers of Budget Allocator will no longer be able to launch new budget simulations and access historical reports after December 30th, 2021.

Existing, live instances of Budget Allocator will be decommissioned and data collected via Budget Allocator will be removed from EngagementHQ servers.

Customers can purchase our alternate offering Balancing Act via the EngagementHQ Marketplace.

What do I need to do?

If you require historical budget simulations reports from Budget Allocator, log in and download those reports before the end of 2021.

Customers with linked historical budget simulations to archived project pages on EngagementHQ should remove and update any links to previous budget simulations.

If you have never used Budget Allocator, you don't need to take any action.
