Admins of Canadian sites have a choice to change the language of their admin user interface to either be in French or English.

While the participant view of your site is constant and will appear in one of the two languages, the display language in the backend which is the admin view, can be changed as per choice.

Once this feature is enabled, login to the site > click on Profile > and then you can choose to Switch to French or vise versa as shown below.

For sites that have the feature enabled, the admin front end (profile menu dropdown) will depend on the language option selected by the admin in the backend (French/English). For eg: if the backend language for a French site has English selected, then the admin profile menu dropdown will be in English.
