If administrators or participants forget their password, they can use the same link on the sign-in page to change it. All passwords must be between 8-16 letters and contain at least one number, lower-case letter, and upper-case letter.

These instructions also apply to participants who have not verified their account and imported participants without a password. If the email address is in the database, they can use the Forgot password link. If they’re having trouble, you can search for the email in Participants and select Send activation email from the Actions column. They can use this email to set their password.

To reset your password:

  1. On your site’s sign-in page, select the Forgot password? link.

  2. On the Reset password screen, enter your Email and select Submit.

  3. If your email is in the database, an email will arrive to your account with instructions and a link to reset your password.

  4. Select Reset Password in your email to go to the Change password screen.

  5. Enter your New password, then again in the Confirm password field, and select Change password.

The reset password link is valid for five hours. If you haven't received it, make sure to check your junk or spam folder. Occasionally, there may be a 15-minute gap between requesting to reset your password and receiving the email. If you still haven’t received the email in your main or junk folders, please try resetting again.

If you still don’t receive the email, please contact our support team via email or chat.
